The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru by Bonnet Gilmert is an exclusive Champagne, produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes selected from the prestigious vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, in particular from the villages of Avize, Le Mesnil and Oger. These terroirs are renowned for their limestone-rich soil, ideal for growing high-quality Chardonnay, which gives the Champagne an extraordinary freshness and complexity.

The “La Réserve” cuvée is a pure expression of Chardonnay, grown in vineyards classified as Grand Cru, the highest recognition for the quality of the vineyard in the Champagne region. This Champagne is the result of a careful selection of grapes and a winemaking process that respects ancient traditions, including fermentation in stainless steel containers to preserve the natural freshness and purity of the fruit.

Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru presents itself with a brilliant white gold color. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of citrus, white flowers and notes of brioche, typical of a masterfully matured Champagne. On the palate, the wine is creamy and refined, with a vibrant acidity and a long finish that reveal its excellent quality and its aging potential.
