Francis Ford Coppola’s 2021 “Director’s Cut” Chardonnay hails from California’s renowned Sonoma Coast wine region, known for producing fine wines. This special label from Francis Ford Coppola Winery is inspired by the concept of the “Director’s Cut” in cinema, representing the director’s personal vision transposed into the world of winemaking, where the wine reflects the winemaker’s unique and personal artistic expression.

This Chardonnay is characterized by an aromatic profile of vanilla, pineapple and buttery brioche, the result of careful vinification that includes the use of French oak barrels. Fermentation in these barrels helps to develop the complexity of flavors and the structure of the wine. With an alcohol content of 14.5%, it presents a combination of elegance and robustness, making it ideal for pairing with fish dishes, seafood and fresh salads.
