Donna Cora Brut Satèn 2020 by Marchese Antinori is an exceptional Franciacorta DOCG, produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes selected from Tenuta Montenisa, located in the picturesque Franciacorta near Lake Iseo. This sparkling wine is a celebration of the elegance and winemaking tradition of Antinori, a historic name in Italian viticulture.

The grapes are harvested and selected manually, followed by a gentle pressing. The “fiore” must, obtained from the first pressing, is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, following the traditional method, and matures in long contact with the yeasts, enriching itself with complexity.

Donna Cora has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, creamy foam and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers an elegant bouquet with notes of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is complex and well-balanced, showing the typical elegance of Satèn with a persistent freshness.
