Campo di Sasso Sof Rosato 2022

The Campo di Sasso Sof Rosato 2022 is an IGT Rosato from Tuscany, the fruit of the vision of Sophia Antinori, daughter of Marchese Lodovico Antinori. This wine is made with an equal blend of Cabernet Franc and Syrah grapes, grown on the San Giovanni a Bibbona estate, near the Tuscan Maremma coast. After a careful selection, the grapes are delicately pressed and left to macerate for a short period to extract the desired color and flavours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a five-month rest before bottling. The wine is presented in amber bottles in the shape of a satin amphora, and is produced in limited quantities.

Sof Rosato stands out for its intense aroma, with floral and fruity notes, accompanied by a pleasant creaminess on the palate, balanced by a refreshing freshness and a clean and persistent finish.
