Wicky's Food & Wine Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Methods

  • We accept several payment methods, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
  • We ensure the security of transactions through the use of certified and protected electronic payment systems.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been confirmed. Consequently, there are no refunds for orders already confirmed.

3. Communication on Delivery Delays

  • In the event that we expect a delay in delivery, we will endeavor to contact the customer to provide a timely update. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by factors beyond our direct control.

4. Product Quality and Complaints

  • We are committed to providing high quality food, prepared to eat immediately after delivery. We cannot take responsibility for the quality of the food if consumed the next day or days.
  • It is recommended not to place the sushi in the refrigerator after delivery. Refrigeration can in fact negatively alter the organoleptic characteristics and quality of sushi.
