Ferrari Perlé Bianco Riserva Millesimato 2016 is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes selected from the vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, this Trentodoc sparkling wine enchants with its timeless elegance. The prolonged maturation on the lees gives it an extraordinary complexity and a refined structure. On the nose, notes of candied citron, quince jam and spiced bread emerge, with a touch of iodine. The palate is a perfect balance of freshness and creaminess, culminating in a persistent finish with nuances of white pepper and dried apricots. The fine and persistent perlage, together with the golden reflections, further enrich the sensory experience.

In 2024, the wine shows an impressive balance between freshness and mature complexity, with the development of deep aromas such as candied fruit and toasted brioche. Eight years after the harvest, the wine is at its peak of consumption, but it can evolve for another 5-10 years, acquiring tones of dried fruit, honey and minerality, while maintaining liveliness and acidity.

The “Ferrari Perlé” line includes single-varietal sparkling wines of Chardonnay or Pinot Noir, with a minimum maturation of 36 months on the lees that enhances their elegance and complexity. The “Ferrari Perlé Bianco” is produced exclusively from Chardonnay, emphasizing the freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity of this grape variety, ideal for special occasions and refined dishes.
