Graci Etna Bianco 2020

This elegant white from Graci comes from the north-eastern slopes of Etna in Passopisciaro, Castiglione di Sicilia, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. The volcanic soil, rich in iron and nitrogen and characterized by a neutral pH, gives this wine a unique complexity.

Graci Etna Bianco 2020 is mainly produced with Carricante (70%) and Catarratto (30%) grapes, varieties that fully express the typical nature of the territory. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks without maceration, followed by 8 months of aging on fine yeasts and further maturation in the bottle.

This wine stands out for its fresh and mineral profile, with an aromatic bouquet that includes notes of fresh fruit and white flowers. On the palate, it offers a balanced structure with a persistent freshness, making it an ideal accompaniment for fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
