Jermann Ribolla Gialla Vinnae 2022

Vinnae, produced by the Jermann winery, is a white wine of great expressiveness, which captures the essence of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Produced mainly from Ribolla Gialla grapes, Vinnae is enriched with small additions of Riesling Renano and Friulano, thus creating a distinctive and complex aromatic profile.

The bouquet opens with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as green apple and peach, followed by floral notes and an undertone of stony minerality that adds freshness.

On the palate, Vinnae displays a nice acidity and surprising freshness. It is a medium-bodied wine, characterized by a lively mineral tension and flavors that reflect the nose with additions of citrus and herbaceous notes.

Part of the wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels for six months, while the rest rests in steel tanks, giving the wine a complex layering of flavors and a balanced texture.
