Ruinart Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010

 480

The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 is one of the most prestigious champagnes from the Maison Ruinart. Produced exclusively from Chardonnay Grand Cru grapes, with the 90% coming from the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Chouilly and Cramant) and the 10% from the Montagne de Reims (Sillery), this wine reflects the richness of the terroirs in Champagne .

Ruinart, the oldest champagne house founded in 1729, has only released 27 vintages of Dom Ruinart since the first cuvée in 1959, making each release an exceptional event. The Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 represents the most complete expression of a great Blanc de Blancs.

Visually, it presents itself with a light and bright golden color. On the nose, it is rich and complex, with notes of ripe fruit, citrus, and mineral nuances that intertwine with accents of brioche and vanilla. On the palate, it offers a balanced structure with a marked freshness and a long and persistent finish. The prolonged maturation in the maison's cellars gives this champagne extraordinary complexity and depth.

This champagne is particularly suitable for special occasions and pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as oysters, caviar and white fish dishes. Its elegance and refinement make it a symbol of Ruinart's winemaking art, celebrating not only the vintage but also the maison's long history and tradition in creating exceptional champagnes.
