St. Michael-Eppan Gewürztraminer Sanct Valentin 2022

The Gewürztraminer Sanct Valentin 2022 is one of the most fascinating and memorable expressions of the indigenous aromatic varietal produced by the St. Michael-Eppan winery. This wine is the result of a careful selection of the best Gewürztraminer grapes, grown in the selected vineyards of Appiano and Caldaro, between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, on calcareous and gravelly soils.

Visually, it presents an intense golden yellow color. On the nose, the wine is a triumph of aromas, with a rich and complex bouquet that ranges from intense rose to exotic fruits such as litchi and passion, up to oriental spices. On the palate, the Gewürztraminer Sanct Valentin reveals itself to be vigorous and complex, with a subtle sweetness and a structure that promises an excellent tasting experience.

The vinification takes place with a short maceration followed by delicate pressing. Fermentation and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the freshness and purity of the fruit.
