Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes, grown in the renowned vineyards of Oltradige, located between 420 and 600 meters above sea level, on calcareous gravel soils with south-east and south-west exposure. This wine is known for its strong character and full body, maintaining a pleasant acidity and smoky nuances thanks to fermentation and maturation partially in barrique-tonneaux followed by further refinement in concrete barrels.

Fruity aromas of apple and pear blend with notes of fine vanilla and toasted white bread, complemented by hints of hazelnut.

It presents itself creamy and robust with a well-integrated acidity and smoky nuances.
