Tormaresca Furia di Calafuria Rosato 2022

The Furia di Calafuria Rosato 2022 is a Rosé IGT Salento that celebrates the excellence of Apulian rosé wines. The vinification of this wine begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by gentle pressing. The must is cooled to 12°C to promote natural clarification and subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After a period of aging on steel yeasts, the different batches are assembled and the wine is bottled for sale.

Furia di Calafuria has a delicate pink color and offers a fascinating bouquet with aromas of pineapple, pink grapefruit and apricot, enriched by floral sensations of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate, the wine is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a pleasantly citrus finish.
