To enhance the flavours of our WiKakuni (pork), we recommend that you immerse the unopened packet in a pot of boiling water and let it soak in a bain-marie for at least 15 minutes, and up to an hour, from boiling point. Once this is done, open the packet and the contents are ready for consumption.
