Anselmet Chardonnay Vallée d'Aoste 2021

The Chardonnay Vallée d'Aoste 2021 from Maison Anselmet has an intense and brilliant straw yellow color. The aromatic profile is elegant and complex, dominated by white flowers with light notes of chamomile, offering a distinctive freshness. On the palate, the wine is ripe and pulpy, clearly showing the varietal character with floral and almond notes, complemented by a finish that returns with these aromas.

This Chardonnay is vinified in stainless steel where it remains to mature for six months with bâtonnage, emphasizing its structure and creaminess. Grown at an altitude of 800-900 meters above sea level in sandy moraine soils, the wine benefits from a planting density of 8,000 – 10,000 vines per hectare, which contributes to the concentration of flavors and complexity of the bouquet.
