Ca' del Bosco Vintage Collection Extra Brut 2019

Ca' del Bosco's 2019 Vintage Collection Extra Brut is a prestigious expression of Franciacorta, reflecting the winery's dedication to excellence and innovation. This sparkling wine is produced with a selection of Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Pinot Bianco (5%), coming from the best vineyards in the region. The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a very rigorous selection process.

Winemaking takes place using methods that aim to preserve the freshness and integrity of the fruit. In particular, oxidative stress is avoided and no additional sulphites are added. The process also includes aging on the yeasts which lasts 43 months, contributing to the complexity and distinctive character of the wine.

Visually, the wine presents itself with a rich foam and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a wide range of aromas, among which notes of ripe fruit and white flowers stand out, with a light nuance of sweet spices, deriving from the aging in barrels. On the palate it is elegant and well structured, with a lively freshness that perfectly balances the richness of the flavored bouquet.
