Asahi Shuzo Dassai Beyond 720ml

“Dassai Beyond” is the highest level of the Dassai series and is produced in extremely limited quantities. It has a higher rice polishing rate than Dassai 23 and is crafted with the utmost skill of sake brewers. It has a very fragrant aroma and taste, with notes of vanilla, apple and persimmon. The texture is very soft and delicate, with a persistent aftertaste. Furthermore, it has an alcohol content of about 16 degrees, with an aroma similar to distillates. It goes well with high quality ingredients such as pork, chicken, fish, truffles and foie gras. It is recommended to serve it cold to fully enjoy its flavour.
