Kornell Pinot Noir Marith 2022

Kornell Pinot Noir Marith 2021 is a red wine produced by the Kornell winery located in the Alto Adige region of Italy. The wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards located on steep slopes at an altitude of approximately 500 meters above sea level.

After the harvest, the grapes are vinified in the traditional way with a maceration of 10-12 days and a temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for about 12 months before being bottled.

The Kornell Pinot Noir Marith 2021 has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, notes of wild berries such as cherry and blackberry can be perceived, accompanied by spicy nuances. In the mouth it is a fresh, soft and harmonious wine with a pleasantly persistent finish.

This wine goes well with meat dishes, aged cheeses and cold cuts appetizers. It should be served at a temperature of around 16-18°C.
