Krug Brut Rosé 26th edition

Krug Rosé 25ème Édition was created starting with the 2013 harvest. The season began with a winter that seemed endless, followed by a rainy and cool spring. Fortunately, the summer proved to be hot and sunny, albeit punctuated by hail that did not spare the vineyards. The wines of the year were complete, expressive and full of aromas.
Each year, to recreate the idea of the fifth generation of the Maison Krug to compose an unexpected, bold and elegant Champagne Rosé, the Maison begins with the selection of wines of the year and previous vintages that together can release all possible expressions of fruit . This composition then embraces a traditionally macerated red Pinot Noir, which brings spicy notes, color and structure.
Overall, the reserve wines from the House's extensive collection make up the 50% of the definitive assemblage of this edition of Krug Rosé.
