Marchese Antinori Donna Cora Brut Satèn 2022

Donna Cora Satèn Franciacorta DOCG is a refined expression of the Chardonnay grape, grown and vinified in the prestigious Tenuta Montenisa. This sparkling wine stands out for its brilliant straw yellow color and a creamy foam that reveals a very fine and persistent perlage, symbol of the quality of Franciacorta Satèn.

Vinification follows a careful and traditional process, beginning with manual harvesting of the grapes, followed by soft pressing. The must obtained from the first pressing ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, then proceeds to a second fermentation in the bottle, remaining in contact with the yeasts for 30 months, imparting complexity and structure to the wine.

The olfactory notes are delicate and inviting, with floral sensations and touches of white pulp fruit, such as peach, which emerge both on the nose and on the palate. On the palate, Donna Cora reveals exceptional harmony and drinking pleasure, maintaining an elegant balance that culminates in a soft and persistent finish.

This wine is particularly suitable for accompanying seafood appetizers, oven-roasted fish and white meats, being ideally served between 7 and 9 degrees Celsius.
