This wine is produced following the specific protocol of the Franciacorta Consortium for Satèn, which involves the exclusive use of white grapes - mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco - and an atmospheric pressure contained under 5 atmospheres. Furthermore, Sansevé matures for at least 24 months on the lees, developing a sophisticated aromatic profile with a lively freshness and a creamy texture reminiscent of silk.

This sparkling wine is characterized by a light straw yellow color with green highlights and a fine, persistent perlage.
