Asahi Shuzo Dassai 23 720ml

The Dassai 23 is one of the most exclusive brands in the Dassai series. It is pure daiginjo sake made using Yamada Nishiki rice, refined to 23%. Due to the high polishing rate of the rice, it is very expensive and hard to find. It has a very aromatic scent and flavour, with notes of vanilla and pear. It has a delicate taste and a soft and creamy texture. It goes well with fish-based dishes, white meats, appetizers and desserts. To best appreciate the flavor of sake, it is recommended to serve it chilled.
